Small UI Update + General Fixes

Small update for BladeWorks, what's new?

New:

+ Main Menu UI Updated and changed

+ Active Healthbar in-game (Don't worry, your HP still stacks)

- Score counter removed from in-game, can be seen at the end

+ General fixes and re-organization in scripts

+ Version 5 of BladeWorks can now be downloaded
